where have all the house music fans go ??

wow, an amazing low key late afternoon club party at Webster Hall with legendary DJ's Eric Kupper, John Cutler and David Morales spinning in the smaller first floor club space at Webster Hall and only about 100 people showed up ??? Was it the big snow blizzard alerts that scared people form coming out ? Since when are Manhatan-ites afraid of some snow ? These are DJ's you usually have to see at the big mega clubs, with the mega crowds and mega door attitude. In addition to the great stress free, all about the music, vibe of this now 4 week old Sunday gathering, they also have a downstairs chill out room with movies playing (it was The Godfather last nite) and food brought in by lil' taste of brooklyn catering and this food is the real deal. It's all made my the lady who runs the company and she can cook !!!!! Despite the disappointing turn out, I heard Eric and John's sets and they, in their proffessional and cool style, still gave it 100% as if they were playing to a packed floor. Oh, and some major folks stopped by to support, including Danny Tenaglia and Jennie Hopper. I love that they even stopped by this cool event. Someone tell me, where have all the NY house fans gone ?
